the valley see Little Sugarloaf Mountain, Buck Mountain, and the farther
off Nescopeck Mountain and the Endless Mountains. |
January, 2003: The Interstate 81 cut through Spring Mountain seen
looking southeast from Eagle Rock ski lodge. From here it appears as
a small notch in the ridge line. The entire vicinity of the ski lodge
is located on the Green Mountain segment of the Spring Mountain plateau.
The old Green Mountain mine slope was located to left of center, directly
beyond the nearer ridge. |
